The Anti-Counterfeit Network (ACN) is a not-for-profit registered entity that aims to bridge the intervention gaps between the multiple stakeholders that affect and are being affected by counterfeits and illicit trade.

A counterfeit is an imitation of a branded product intended to pass for an original.
A substandard product is one that does not meet the compulsory standard specification required under section 18 of the UNBS Act Cap. 327 in relation to manufacture, production, composition blending processing or treatment.
Not all substandard goods are counterfeits, Some substandard goods are actually original but Most substandard goods are counterfeits.
All consumers are victims, that makes every one a victim.
